Return Eligibility

Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return is delivered safely.
  • Important: Please include a sheet of paper inside the package with your Name, Order Number, and a brief description of the problem/concern.

Replacement Process

  1. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
  2. If approved, a replacement item will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
  3. A new tracking number will be sent to the email address provided.
